Our standard check-in and check-out time are 3.00pm and 1.00pm respectively. Free parking will be provided.

Before we provide the self check-in guide, the guest MUST produce the booking confirmation, together with a photo of identification document (IC, passport, driver’s licence or other document as the host may require).

A refundable deposit of RM300 is collectable to cover incidentals.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. For payment options, you may use either credit card or debit card in which the latter must be activated for overseas transaction.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in.
